Refund Policy

General Policy
Payments for therapy services are non-refundable once a session has been completed. This includes any sessions that are part of a pre-paid package or membership plan.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled session or do not show up for your appointment, the full session fee will be charged. In certain circumstances, we may allow for a rescheduled appointment if advanced notice is given.

Prepaid Packages
If you have purchased a package of sessions and wish to discontinue services, we will refund the unused portion of the package, minus any fees for services already rendered. Refund requests must be made in writing and processed within 30 days.

Special Circumstances
Refunds or adjustments may be made in exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen events. Each situation will be evaluated individually, and any decision will be at the discretion of [Your Practice Name].
